I really enjoyed his class. Like absolutely reccomend this prof for history. His tests are alright, the essays are graded kind of hard but he gives them to you before hand so honestly its not that bad. I'm gonna try and take him for every course i can. :)

Test are comprised of 40% MC, and 60% essay. Which is fine if you can write off the cuff very very quickly. I however cannot and subsequently was told that my test essay could have been better written if I never attended the class. After that burn I quit attending class.

Awesome! Incredibly intelligent. Speaking style is somewhat dry but his is very knowledgable and has great depth. If you are able to listen to his content, it isn't dry at all. Also incredibly easy (especially for a 4000 level class). Great professor. Makes you think but not at the expense of your grade.

The man is a genious. He starts from the very beginning and goes to the very end but his lectures are very detailed and you will learn a lot. Tests can be kind of difficult since its mainly essay and the multiple choise questions can be tricky. However, he does give you hte essay questions ahead of time so you can study prior to the exam.

The smartest man alive! Ask him anything during class. Get past his speaking voice, which is very shaky and distracting for some. A brilliant knack for making his history classes into storytime. If you like storytime, he's good.

Not that bad, just really boring. Tests are half MC, half essay, but he gives you the essay topics beforehand. MC is hard to prepare for, basically pay CLOSE attention to lecture. Only other assignments are two medium length papers. It seems kinda hard and a lot of material, but I'm doing well somehow.

This man loves history...but the class can get boring at times, and is a little off the wall at some points, especially when he gets rushed. But so far he seems pretty cool.

Tests moderate if you listen in class. Not the best at out of class help. Seems embarressed when he doesnt know a certain answer or gets a date mistaken. I tried to skip this class as much as possible.

very random man! he loves talking about blood and you can tell that he LOVES history. Tests are easy if you study and there is hardly any work other than three tests and two papers. It wasn't bad at all.

He is incredibly enthusiastic when discussing the Aztecs and their bloody rituals. I would definitely recommend him, because he gives you a heads up on the essays for exams. I learned a lot in his class, and he held my attention during lectures. :)
