Comment:

Professor Kasparek is one of the best professors I have ever had at Messiah. He teaches you real applicable things that you need to know to be a graphic designer in the real world. 10/10 would take again. I have loved every class I've had with him.

Comment:

After having graduated and am now living in the real world, Prof Kasparek's classes have proven to be priceless. He is a tough grader and a tough critic but "going easy" on students will not do them any favors after college. He makes you a better designer whether you like it or not. Take his classes.

Comment:

The Typography class I took completely changed the way I saw, analyzed and how I worked. I knew nothing about design at first(though I thought i did) but grew a lot, and this was probably the most valuable class I'll ever take in the field. Demanding but absolutely valuable.

I can only imagine myself appreciating him if I were a graphics major. He is extremely uptight about many things, so remember to follow his syllabus extremely closely, and listen to every word he says or your grade might suffer. He is much more strict and a harder grader than other profs in the department (except maybe Christie Forsythe).

Kasparek is passionate & talented. He challenges students to take graphic design to the next level. Classes with Kasparek may be hard, but the amount of valuable information makes the class more than worth it. Not only that but Kasparek is a huge resource of information regarding graphic design art & its application. Overall a topnotch professor

I took a Vis Lit with this professor my freshman year- thought he was horrible. He treats the students much better in Advanced classes. He is very challenging, very intelligent, and fun to work with. I think he's one of the more competent professors in the Art Program.
