AWEFUL PROFESSOR. He will never answer your question, and if you love teaching yourself this class is for you. Physics II with Larrabee was just awful. He was extremely unclear with everything he attempted to explain and when trying to finish lab outside of lab time I once asked him for help and he responded "I'm not working ask during your lab."

He means well, but he is NOT a good teacher. When you ask for help he often goes off on a tangent and he rarely directly answers your question. It is one of my least favorite classes, and unfortunately I'm stuck with him for physics II lecture and lab next semester. If you can avoid, DO IT!! Pretty much anyone else will be better.

The most helpful thing he does in the semester is give you the syllabus, because from then on you'll have to teach yourself the course. It's still important to attend his classes so you can research later what he was trying to teach and stay on top of his disorganization, which goes as far as waiting until the next semester for your grades.

His lectures are of no help. He actually told our class to use Google when filling out our study guide. The entire semester culminates in his agenda of global warming. Not saying climate change doesn't exist, but this is a physics class...Seems like he's passionate about his field, just a horrible teacher. Also, his grammar is atrocious for a prof.

He is a terrible terrible professor. He does NOT clarify ANYTHING. I took him for LIBERAL ARTS PHYSICS & at the start of the very first class he told us that we didn't have to deal with math. Then, at the end of the semester he gave our class a project where we had to figure out the math. None of us had no idea what we were doing. DO NOT TAKE HIM.

AWFUL. If you like teaching yourself everything, then this class is for you. The quizzes and tests consist of nothing he's taught and barely anything that was on the study guide. Likes to push global warming as fact, and is easily irritated. Awful grammar. OH he thinks cows could have an equal battle against Americans in a war...AVOID THIS TEACHER!

quizzes are passable if you read and teach yourself the material. the final is basically impossible. i went into the final with an A in the course and three days of studying under my belt and still felt as though i failed the exam. it would be in your best interest to avoid this professor.

He told me to take another course when I asked him a question, refusing to answer it. Unfortunately, he needs to take English 103 to better his horrendous grammar in his god-awful textbook. He's an arrogant fool and doesn't deserve to teach. He told me that high school is where you learn. College professors just correct high school mistakes.

This guy is absolutely AWFUL. By far, the worst class I have ever taken. 35 ppl in the beginning of the year, there are only 15 left bc everyone dropped. you will cover every aspect of physics there is. tests every week and they aren't easy. WAY to much stuff going on to ever even realize what you are learning in the class. DON'T TAKE HIM

The class isn't the easiest, but you get to chances for every quiz. And, at the end of the semester, he let me retake four quizzes for a third time. You do need to study a decent amount, but it isn't impossible. I got an A. He is very sweet and genuinely loves his job.
