Super intelligent but does not teach well at all. Very monotone and does not answer your questions when asked. Didn't know what my grade was all semester. Looked at the final and couldn't do the problems because he never taught them. He raises grades after the final so the whole class doesn't fail. Learned nothing.

Do not take Louton for FIN312. His lectures are so long and boring and nothing is ever explained clearly. He only gives a midterm and a final so if you fail one you're in trouble. Exam is hard and does not tell you what is going to be on it. Nothing good to say about this professor.

He's a cool guy, kinda boring though. Be prepared to actually do the HW to pass the exams though. He's not that hard, HW is done in groups so most people don't know what's going on during th exam. He's helpful and kinda funny.
