Dr. Matz is a great professor! I went into his class dreading it, but I ended up loving it. Very heavy on lectures, but if you write down everything he writed on the board and study it, you will get As on the tests. Nice man, truly one of the best professors at this university

While he tries to make class interesting, he is one of the hardest graders. If you are looking for an A, good luck! You can only miss 15 points over the entire semester to get an A. He considers 95% to be an A. Also, he makes you buy multiple books that you'll never use, so don't buy them! If you don't take GOOD notes you'll fail!

Good teacher! Knows what he's talking about, but open to anything. Very structured, organized class. Likes to hear himself talk. Never let's class out early, though. Take him. It's easy! Even honors!

Dr. Matz is a really good prof. He is very interested and knowledgeable about the material he is teaching. As long as you take good notes in class and study the notes for the test you will get the A. Just remember that you will never get out of class even a minute early.

A really up-beat kind of teacher; which is good because he seems to like to teach all his classes in the morning. It's really easy to take notes from him, as he will generally give you enough time to write down pretty much all of what he's saying. Occasionally there will be a test question that deals with very specific information, but not often.
