Comment:
I took Dr. Moffett's astronomy class over the summer and I learned more in his five-week class than most semester long classes. There is a lot to learn but he makes it as laid-back as possible, so it wasn't stressful at all. I would encourage everyone at Furman to take him.

Best class I've ever had. He's very laid-back professor. He gets tired very fast. His lectures are clear and notes are also very informative. If you study his notes very well you can easily pass all his exams. We used to have exams every Friday but I took this class in summer, so he used to give us open home book exams. That was a lot of fun, fun !

i swear this guy is drew carey with a physics degree. he's hilarious and laid-back, sometimes letting you out of class early. we had a quiz every friday, so if you pay attention, they can really help your grade in the class. the tests weren't too bad, either.

A really nice guy. Slightly above average; with Dr. D'Amato, one of the easier physics teachers.
