He is extremely condescending, and very unhelpful. Very rude when responding to questions. Generally unkind, so much so that I felt unable to ask him for help. This class made me want to change my major.

David was an amazing professor that was clear and made sure everyone understand the material. He has a LOT of hand outs and his class is uses a lot of papers and printing. This class is basically a giant group project, so try to get a good group. He seemed to lose energy at the end of the class but was overall very clear and easy.

Prof Moore is absolutely wonderful and engaging!! It is evident that he is very passionate about psychology and teaching. He always provides several examples to help the class grasp sometimes abstract concepts. Also, he is super willing to help if you are having problems.

I took 201 and 374 from him and he's great. He's super clear in and he's always available to help. Any questions, just email him or go to his office and he's always willing to help. Super awesome guy, really nice. Grades papers kind of tough, but again, he's always willing to help.

David is an amazing professor. It's clear that he's passionate about what he teaches and it makes a huge difference in class! Time flies bye. He comes prepared every single day with video clips, worksheetshandouts, group projects and class discussions. It's necessary to do all the readings to participate, and it's a lot of work but so worth it.

Sweet guy, but he drove me nuts. He pressured my group into a design that was very complicated and involved things we hadn't learned. We had to stay after class for hours with him just to learn the math. He would then change his mind about 10 times as to what stats to run on our data. Nice, but VERY indecisive, which drives me crazy.

This class should not be taken for "fun" take this class only if you are a PSYC major. David is probably the best teacher I have had at this school when it comes to helpfulness. He truly wanted to help every student learn and sometimes pushed deadlines back if most of the class wasn't getting the work done.

I think this class is well planned and he definately allows his students avenues for success. There are lots of assignments that are easy credit which buffer your grade. Study guides REALLY help with the tests. DMoore is a very tough grader though. He's really anal about specifics and seems to have unrealistic expectations for a 101 class.

Professor Moore was an incredible teacher. His care for the subject and for the students was great. The only problem with the class were those students who did not want to put forth any effort. I hope I can have him for future classes.

He was almost never prepared for class, was extremely unclear and had ridiculous assignments. IF you asked him to clarify what he wanted on a paper he would tell you random bull**** and then grade you harshly and say you didn't do what he asked!

Exams are difficult, he's a hard grader. He played a lot of videos which was alright. When he didn't he talked a lot and sometimes it was really boring. A lot of papers/summaries and again, he grades hard. He tells you what's on the test which is really helpful (I relyed on that part) You can not B.S. your way through this class.

Though the class covers so many topics, he's well informed and informative. He makes the topics easier to understand and also sparks an interest in areas one might not have been interested in before.

He made a really boring topic INCREDIBLY more boring. I wanted to fall asleep everyday. And for a psych professor he was not very understanding. I got sick partway through the semester and was hospitalized and he wouldn't let me make up any of my work. Two thumbs down.

Psych 201 is a boring and hateful class. However, that is not necessarily a slight on David. However, he does very little to make it more interesting and less painful to take. I wanted to fall asleep in every class. It was a struggle to want to attend each day because it was so boring.
