A huge inspiration in my life. He made reading the works of William Shakespeare a lot of fun. Grades based on two tests, but what you cover before the midterm will not be on the final. I highly recommend.

Dr. Noble is by far, the best professor at Ohio University Eastern. I am a little biased when it comes to English professors, because I am an English major; however, even if you loathe reading/literature, please take a class with Dr. Noble, you will not regret it! He has a strong knowledge and passion for all literature. He will make you laugh.

He is just fantastic with a high energy level and a wonderful sense of humor. I learned more in his class than in any five other courses. What's unusual is that his classes are always fun but you also learn so much.

Dr. Noble's classes (I've had three) have changed my life. First, he is a fascinating person (there is no one like him). Second, he is extremely well informed. Third, his classes are always exciting and interesting, no matter what the subject is. Fourth, he has the best sense of humor I've ever encountered in four years as a college student.

Brilliant, knowledgeable, funny, able to maintain student interest for two-hour classes, well-organized, demanding but fair and professional (no favorite students), open to all types of student responses, able to maintain the interest of front row A students and back row bad boys, very articulate and always exciting.

I have enjoyed every class w/Dr. Noble. He is very logical and structural in analyzing any piece of writing. He is hilarious and his attitude about teaching the class is unsurpassable. He is responsive to students' needs and strives to have everyone understand.
