Had him for biomedical ethics a few years ago and still miss him. Really nice guy and genuinely wanted to get through to people. Entertaining, as well :].

Had Slater for Biomedical Ethics. Material was difficult, but he made sure everyone understood the material before he moved on. Quizzes were a bit difficult. Tests are actually easier. Overall, good teacher and good class. Not exactly an easy A, but not a hard B either.

Gives a lot of time for papers but expects a lot out of them also. Go to writing center it will help your grade out. Nice guy a little off the wall as far as sanity but nice guy. Go to class don't miss and be ontime.

Although the material is awkward and tough, he wants to make sure every student learns and understands the material. Probably the best course I've taken here at Northwest.

My favorite teacher at Northwest! He will help you the most if you go to his office. May lose you in lecture though. Cancels useless class time too! Take him!
