I took Dr. Davis for intro and I really enjoyed the course. The assignments were doable and they papers were short and he made studying for the test easy. He also offers extra credit for participating in research, an easy A and he is a really nice professor and the content is interesting.

I LOVED Dr. T. I was in his intro to psychology class for majors and he was an amazing professor. I would recommend anyone taking him. He makes you love the subject. I promise you won't regret it!

Thomas is a very helpful professor who wants everyone to do well in his class! If you miss his class you miss quiz(clicker) points and also a lot of helpful notes for the test! Essays are a little tricky but there's only 3 of them. Attend class, and do the Learning Curves and you will get an A.

I would recommend Dr. Thomas to any student. He is a fantastic lecturer and is willing to sit down with you if you don't understand the material or something on one of his tests. He is very approachable and one of the best professors I've had at OSU thus far.

One of the best professors I have ever had. Dr. Thomas both knows the material he is teaching, and how to explain it to his students. You can tell he loves what he is doing and he is very good at it. Not a hard class if you pay attention and take notes. His tests are also pretty simple if you prepare for them. Definitely take this class!

Fantastic professor. I highly recommend Neurobio Psyche to anyone who is seriously interested in studying psychology. Not a class for laziness but extremely worthwhile. He does not go into great detail on any particular facet of neurobio but it is a fantastic instructor for the broad strokes. Great professor with a wonderful sense of humor.

I absolutely loved Dr. Thomas's class. I'm not a psychology major, but it was still extremely interesting and engaging. The tests are not hard as long as you study the slides, which he gives you. If you do your work and ask questions if you're confused, you'll have no trouble getting an A!

I enrolled for this class because I thought it would discuss what parts of the brain make people who they are (sounds self explanatory in course description). I was extremely disappointed. If you want to learn about the mechanics of the brain (glutamate, CNS, etc.) then I recommend it. IF you're wanting something focused more on psyc do NOT take!!

I loved Dr. Thomas! I took his Intro to Psych class and almost considered changing from engineering to psych just because of him. He obviously loves what he does and loves to help out in any way. I was borderline on making an A and he's probably the only reason I did. Show interest in the class and put forth an effort and it will pay off!

I worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Thomas, so I can't say anything about what lecture courses with him might be like, but he is an extremely helpful professor, the type that truly wants to see his students succeed. He is easy to get in contact with & loves what he does. If you have the opportunity to work with him, take it!

Dr. Thomas is a nice guy, it's the class I didn't like! If you are a premed student then go for it but Neurobio has nothing to do with psych and the material is extremely difficult. But Dr. T is nice and fair (he grades harsh on papers though so WATCH OUT!)

Had Dr T for neurobio psych. I thought it would be an interesting class but it's really a premed neuro class. Very difficult material. Luckily, Dr T is very helpful, gives outlines for the classes and most importantly allows a retake of the tests as your final. The assignments were difficult but do-able.
