The best teacher ever. The first day of "Police Administration" he walked in, picked up the text and threw it in the trash. He then ranted about how real cops don't promote well past sgt or Lt, and how the bosses are typ guys who weren't producers on the street. Spot on, my man.

I always enjoyed Mr. Houston's class. My best memory of Mr. Houston, besides his stories, is when he let me take my Final Exam early, so I could make my flight back to Japan. He told me it would only cost me a bottle of Sake. haha
