Comment:

Prof. Zednik' teaching style is different where she gives a brief lesson or passes out a handout and then you "discuss" it with a classmate. Her prompts for her paper to me were difficult, but she's easily accessible and open to office hours. She's very kind, and wants to help if you're struggling. There is a lot of reading in this class too.

Comment:

Class is a lot of work & buy the book! If you are looking for an easy A do not take her! BUT if you do take her class (and take it seriously) you will come out a better student. Lot of homework, 4 essays and 2 in class essays (not too bad), and classwork itself. She is SO sweet and caring though, and only wants to see her students succeed.

Be prepared to teach yourself. Gives A LOT of handouts but doesn't actually teach that much. She wants things done a particular way but doesn't give helpful feedback on how to fix work. Tends to work her way around effectively answering questions.

I took her English 112 online class, and I would taker it again. It sure bests having actual class. The course itself is actually incredibly boring, at least the novel we have to read it actually really interesting. Professor seems way too busy to give you attention when you actually need it, apart from that, good class.

Professor Zednick is amazing, shes really helpful & nice. I would definitely recommend her. The work is pretty easy and do a lot of group work, which makes it easy to understand the material. Overall Great teacher!

I took this class online for the summer 4.5 weeks. Lots of work. 3 Essays 5-7 pages each, and 13 tedious assignments/discussions. She's very strict on essays...requires to upload all essays to Turnitin (Plagerism website)It was a lot of work overall.She makes mistakes on grading...keep track

Professor Zednik is a very quirky teacher. If you want to learn proper writing skills, essay formats, and proper journaling, she is the perfect Professor. She expects attendance, participation, and organization. She is very clear and organized. Zednik loves teaching English and often laughs at her own jokes. I enjoyed the class!

Unlike a lot of other teachers, she expects that each student take the class seriously; attend class, complete all reading, complete all assignments, keep all work for future reference. She's a great teacher and is extremely enthusiastic. I recommend people take her class if they really want to learn. Also, NEVER THROW ANY PREVIOUS SIGNMENTS AWAY!!

Professor Zednik takes teaching very seriously. Her class has as rigorous amount of work and (from what I've heard) is harder than other 101 and 102 classes. You should never miss a class because of all the points possible in class. If you want to significantly improve your writing skills take it. I got an A, but barely and had to work hard.

The work load is unbearable, but she is a great teacher. She really analyzes your papers really well, and helps you to become a better writer. The only reason I would recommend this class would be because you'll become a better writer over all. P.S. I REALLY wasn't kidding about the work... it's awful.
