She had this hostile presence about her and her lecture could put any insomniac to sleep. She doesn't initiate any interest on the subject. If you take the class with her and Joo Chung you will need to teach yourself everything. The material is fairly easy but their exams come out from no where. They don't know what they're doing.

Nur 250 is a difficult course. The material seems easy but the questions on the exams are difficult. I enjoyed Armstrong's lectures but as a person she is a bit rude and not approachable. Medeiros also teaches this with her and I recommend asking her the questions not Armstrong.

NUR 250 is taught by Armstrong and Medeiros. This class is more difficult than you expect because you think know the material because you learned it in NUR 106 but you need to now the content really well for the exam. A lot of students underestimate the difficulty of exam 1 and then struggled to improve their grade. But still not as hard as pathos.

Prof Armstrong and Prof Mederios both teach this course. Of both of these professors Prof Armstrong is a better teacher. She talks about a lot of the material and rambles on but in the end it is very helpful. She makes herself available to students. You MUST do the reading for this course or you will not pass.

this is your first taste of nursing, enjoy it! The lectures are dry but Prof. armstrong is brilliant. Get her talking about spinal cord injuries (that's her research area) and she knows everything about it. Respect her and learn what you can because you will see her again for other classes. The class is relatively easy, just show up!

Prof. Armstrong is boring but she's really knowledgeable about the material. She gets carried away sometimes but the class is pretty set in stone easy. Talk to her if you're having problems, she listens.

She's rude and boring. Don't bother asking her questions outside of class because she takes forever to email you back and she always has an attitude. The class itself is also hard and you have to read the book to do good on the tests. Worst teacher I've had at UMD yet. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.
