Pretty easy class with her if you actually go and pay attention. There's no final exam and only 2 in class exams that are pretty leniently graded. I have always heard she is the easiest World Cultures teacher there is.

Instructor does not give feedback on online course. Course was originally to be done "at your leisure," but instructor decided to set cutoff dates during the last third of the course. Grading rubric extremely vague with no feedback and class was built around googling topics. Instructor sent an email saying that we were all failures.

Plain and simple, if you need a UN1002 professor take this teacher! Theres no final exam and only two midterm exams which are essays. The benefit is that you know the questions for the essay exam from day one, as they are in the syllabus. Go to class get you iClicker points, do the online homework WHICH IS EASY, write 2 essay exams, you'll get an A

She is probably one of the worst professors I've had here at Tech. Her entire class is based off of HER opinion.. She requires you to read from the book and get quizzed on it but you never use it in class. Also, DO NOT tell her you didn't like something she did. She'll ignore you and recommend you to anger management.

ok so up to date on this class: there are exams which are two in class essays.lots of material covered but not alot of writing. put forth an effort and you will do just fine. she is straight forward in the fact that you are on your own. there no reason for her to have to give you help and she wont other than guiding you in the right direction.

Dr. Bruch is awesome. She has a very diff but good sense of humor. She makes the class very interesting, and the syllabus is very helpful. Even gives you what questions you need to ans for the essay exams, so you can be well prepared. Makes it easy to prepare yourself. All of the worksheets are available before the class even starts. Great prof!

Good instructor. Think of her as the "extreme"s: you do your work, follow directions, and pay attention, she's nice and helpful. If you slack off, don't pay attention, or are too headstrong she'll tear you a new one. The hardest part for some is going to be realizing that when she gives you a task, she means every word she says. Pay attention.

Easiest class I've had in my three years at Tech. She tells you exactly what she wants, but most people are too blind to see it. Do what she tells you, and the class is a piece of cake. She wants you to write from the character's perspective, not from your own.

A great teacher. She was VERY clear on what she wanted from you, and she emphasized the point many times. She treats you like an adult, and expects the same treatment back. If you don't want to be treated like an adult, then don't take her class. The work wasn't hard either, once you understand it. I'd definitely take another class from her.

Easy class if you put effort in it. No papers to do. People give her too much s***. Much better than other WC classes. Pretty straight forward grading scale. I didn't study a ton for it but got a good grade, but I went to class and paid attention. People hate her because she treats people like adults and doesn't hand stuff out on a silver platter.

Easiest teacher for world culters. Makes you write ZERO papers and you get to take online exams, best of 3 tries. That means you can work with as many people as you want in one room. You can use the book and your notes, and it takes your best score out of 3. Easiest class ever.

This class is a complete waste. Who really cares about half this stuff? Other than that, the class does involve less work, webCT quizes and two text tests, but... like other people have said she teaches stuff with complete confidence on topics that change every day.
