Comment:

Take any class with her but I recommend intro to women's and gender studies. She is the smartest professor I've ever had but she is also very approachable. She's really funny and sometimes she'll totally forget what she was about to say in class and it's really cute.

Deb is amazing. She's incredibly intelligent and passionate. She's funny and always keeps class extremely interesting. Participate, show her you care, ask for help and she'll love you. Deb is VERY down to earth and doesn't come off as 'superior' to her students. She expects hard work. Don't take her class unless you care. She's hot too...

she was such a good professor and kept the class dissuasions really fun. An hour felt like it went by in 20 minutes! The only negative is we had a lot of readings, but they were good readings not boring.

This has been my favorite professor so far. She is incredibly smart and her classes are amazing. I have learned so much in her class its out of this world however her classes are hard. She is a very tough grader on papers but she is so kind in wanting to help her students if you go to her. If you can take a class with her you won't regret it!

You will learn alot in this class if you pay attention and do your reading. There are three papers throughout the semester and the last one is a group paper. (not bad at all) Only thing is she takes FOREVER to get things back to you. But other than that I really enjoyed the class.

I agree--she's fun and undeniably passionate, but she's also one of the most biased teachers I've had. Though I tended to agree with her on most things, I thought she did a disservice to the material and the subjects we discussed by almost completely neglecting the other side of the argument.
