She is a nice person, but that is not the best credential to teach. She should not be teaching any level of biology let alone a high level one. In animal behavior she seems overwhelmed by the subject manner and has multiple times said that she doesn't understand the material. This doesn't stop her from being a harsh grader on quizzes and tests.

This teacher has absolutely no idea what she's doing in lecture. Her wording on multiple choice questions on the exams doesn't make any sense. However she's really easy at grading. She'll give you a curve of like 10 points on the exams. As my own personal opinion, I didn't enjoy her as a teacher. She is a very nice person but is aweful at teaching.

I had her for both BI171 and BI321. In BI171 the class was pretty bad, she didn't know the material well. Suprisingly, shes a pretty good teacher for BI321. Shes understanding and if you fight with her on an exam question, she'll give you the points back. Her exams are the modified multiple choice, but are word for word from her slides, very easy

what can i say, shes too quiet, messes herself up and really is a waste of time. its a shame shes MARRIED TO THE CHAIR OF THE BIO DEPARTMENT..cause i wish she was fired..if your a bio major you have to deal though, its only 2 months. then harriot takes over who is a definate improvement.

WASTE OF MY TIME. Anyone could do her job better. All she does is read the slides and become more confused by our questions. Her tests never include the parts she emphasizes and without a TA nothing in Lab would ever go well. Do whatever you can to get out!

She cant teach. A kid in review asked her a question about defining acids and bases and couldnt respond back. I am not sure if she is nervous or not, but she needs to review more for lecture. If you can avoid, and get use to teaching yourself.

One of the dumbest professors i've ever had and weird grader. No clue how she got her PHD. Not even a full time teacher here, just does 170 lab. Avoid at all costs.
