My first course with Prof. Schroder. The one that changed my life and inspired me to pursue a career in Semiconductor Devices. Prof. Schroder insists on concepts rather than equations. His tests are customized, highly thought-provoking and extremely valuable. His lecture videos especially EEE731 and 536 can actually get you through job-interviews!

He is the BEST Prof in ASU. He teaches Device Physics (EEE531/532), Characterization(EEE536), Advance MOS(EEE731) and all are wonderful. He is very approachable and always ready to help. Focuses on fundamental concepts than just eqns... It's very hard to find such a mild mannered, helpful and genius teacher.

An absolute gem of a professor. Semiconductor characterization is basically a dull topic but he is so awsome that he made it fun. One of the best prof i have seen. Knows everything in what he teaches.
