Dr. Carter is awesome! He is a great guy and great professor. There are 3 exams over the semester, and his study guides are almost exact to whats on the exams. No surprises. Lenient, chill, fun. Would recommend!

Dr. Carter is an amazing teacher. I had him for ECN 221 and I loved it so much that I took him for ECN 222. He only teaches once a week for about two hours (2.5 hours) so it can get a little boring listening for that long but it is worth taking him as a teacher!!!

He's very kind and funny. He uses a different textbook and it's a little unclear on some things. I've had luck understanding a lesson by reviewing my roommates econ book. If you need help then ask, because he's willing to help you. He rambles a lot in class, and his tests are a little difficult.

Dr. Carter is such a easy going instructor. You can tell he is very compassionate about teaching and really cares about his students and wants everyone to succeed. Overall I thought the class wasn't that hard and he will work with you as long as your willing to apply yourself. He really is a delightful teacher.

Do not take this class! First week you are like, man this is going to be easy. After two tests, you realize he isn't teaching anything!! Annoying class, he gets sidetracked and rambles on about how he wants you to ask questions. If he taught more than one thing a day, I might have a question. Some days you "recap" all class. Would not recommend!

Horrible Teacher. He rambles about nothing and you can barely understand what he is talking about. If you dont want to learn anything then this is the class for you. Two tests, no homework, mini quizzes. I got a B+ but learned absolutely nothing. Annoying!!

Dr. Carter is a very nice teacher. He goes out of his way to be avaliable to you no matter what day of the week. He does tend to ramble in class and you could pretty much never go to class and get the same grade as long as you study the study guides and read the chapter. He does give in class quizes though but they are a gimmy.

Dr. Carter is one of the nicest professors I've ever had, however there is no motivation to go to class because his teachings are random. He talks more about "why he is teaching you" than actually teaching you the lessons. The class is not hard, however it is broing and his intentions for the project are unclear.

Carter is always available whether it's for help in his office or if you have a quick question you can reach him on his cell. However, his tests are entirely random. Most of the information isn't covered in class and if it is he doesn't get as in depth as on the tests. Wouldn't recommend taking him unless you like to read and teach yourself.

Very nice professor. Tests are very hard though and he doesn't cover most of it in class, nor is it clearly covered in the book. First test he gave no study guide at all (covered 9 chapters) and barely went over anything in class. Second test he has been helping us out much more. Sweet guys, but I would NEVER recommend taking him!!!

Such a sweet guy, took a 3 hour class with him he usually let out early. Gives you all info you need for the tests. Projects aren't that hard.
