Prof. Hennessy is a great teacher. He describes the tests before he gives them and makes it very easy to do well. He's always at his office hours, willing to help, and offers great advice. Hennessy is the alpha and the omega.

This guy is hilarious - he is very Satirical in his humor. Took Literature with him - As long as you go to every class it isn't very hard - I got all A's and I studied the day before all of my tests. You have to do a Research paper but most of it is your own analysis - I got an A on that too. A lot of the class is based on Effort, not results.

Yes, he is a relatively good teacher when it comes to knowing the material. However, he believes his opinion is law, and that any other way of saying it is either wrong or is too simple. Hard to hear at times, and almost impossible to talk with after class. Avoid, if at all possible.

Hennessey is awesome. Funny when he wants to be. He's been teaching for 30+ years, so he knows his stuff! Tests and quizzes are just to make sure that you are keeping up with the reading. Some quizzes are open book.KEEP UP WITH THE READING!

Hated this class, you write an essay every week and he'll take off a full letter mark if you have even just one sentence fragment. Plus he plays favorites and reads the same peoples work each week. Discouring to those who normally dont do good. Me and a few others FINALLY got A's one week, and instead he read the people who got A's all along

He was one of my favorite teachers. He's a very nice, funny guy and he is willing to help. He tries to keep class interesting by telling stories. Read the assignments (which only takes about 20 minutes a week) and you will do well. Tests are easy if you read. Theres a paper, but it is easy.

Did not ike the class at all. The professor is a great guy, funny at times and knows what hes teaching but he gets off the topic alot and then things become confussing. Quizzes are easy but he grades it weired sometimes. Make sure to do the reading.

This class was by far my most boring class. I hated going, but its not too hard. Do the reading, because he is a weird grader. Tests are comprised of essays which are easy and you can just make stuff up. He's a funny old man, who loves to talk... Nice guy, just boring!

Class is painfully boring. Lots of reading, and a big paper which isn't too hard if you put the time in. He is however, hilarious, you'll have to laugh at his jokes....he's great. Just be prepared to not pay attention and still do well... if you can stay awake for the entire class that is.

Prof. Hennessey is a nice enough guy. He's really funny but he is an unfair grader when it comes to essays.He takes off half of a letter grade for each grammar error we make on papers. The class is also VERY boring and repetitive. He could have helped us with our mechanics instead of complaining about how bad they wer ethe whole time.

The one of the best professor here. Very easy to approach, always willing to help, easy grader.Not a lot of work, some ready and a paper, that he gives you a month to do. Test are easy. Great guy, funny, sweet, never make you feel stupid. makes you read intersting stories, TAKE HIS CLASS!!!

OMG This teacher is sooo great. He is very into his work and loves to teach. Being compassionate about what he teaches makes him that much better of a professor. I would recommend him to anyone that needs or wants to take this class. Wonderful tacher and a great class.
