She takes attendance, so show up. But, her class is well taught. The class is discussion based. And, unlike many other professors she ACTUALLY teaches the material, then gives you a quiz. She has in-class power points, which help clarify the theories and readings. I LOVE HER CLASS! Sad that she's leaving. I would have loved to taker her again!

Extremely nice/helpful. She does try to engage students. Most times students weren't interested in discussing topic so it was quiet/awkward. Sometimes there's short in class group activities. Not much HW. Group research paper/presentation is time consuming but not difficult. Just read the 10-30 pages assigned & be prepared to talk. Fairly Easy A.

Her class is really interactive and she's Denise is one of the few professors at UCF that will listen to her student's feedback. Her tests are very fair. If you skim over the book, go to every class, and study your notes the night before you'll get an A. The group research project is a bit of a headache though.

Her class was more than bearable. Her notes make it easy to do well on exams. She is a SOLID instructor. But you've been warned- SHE SMILES TOO MUCH. She has nice teeth, though!

I'll be honest, she's a nice person. However, she has no place teaching. Her campaigns class is awful. If you can get another teacher, try and do so. McCain is way more entertaining. If you're going to pay money for a class, at least be entertained. DeLorme is a waste of time!!

Nice lady, but she's not much of a teacher compared to the rest of the Ad/PR staff. It's hard to get feedback, and hard to figure out what she wants in general. It's good information, but she has no experience to bring to the table in order to supplement it.

Delorme is one of the better Communication faculty. Some might find her teaching style pandering, however I believe this helps to engage students. Her use of discussion, out of class materials, and contemporary readings enhance class time. She is a very clear and fair grader. Overall I found the experience comprehensive and well worthwhile.

Boring class. If if you take Collins Effects class you get the same info but better. Class was mundane and taught like a high school level class. Downside: This is a required class. Upside: It taught Sum A so its a quick 6 weeks.

she is so freaking hard. she acts like you are going for your PHD. requests all this personal info from you before class she may as well ask for your underwear size its so unreasonable and intrusive. if you take her, prepare to burn!

Hard teacher, earned an A and well worth the work. She makes you actually go out and earn acrededation from leaders in the community. She is a bit off sometimes, but truly you can learn a lot from her and she is differnt from the other professors in ADV.
