I loved this class, it has helped me so much with life! She is very easy to talk to and I am actually very sad that I will be done with this class in a few weeks. If you want a class where you get something out of the class but can also have fun in class, this class is for you!

Denis is very nice. Class is required for nearly everyone, she understands this and doesn't go overboard. She just wants you to show up and participate at whatever level you feel comfortable. I got an A+ for swimming in the pool, shooting free throws and sitting in the Sauna. No one should have a reason to complain about Denise.

Definitely not a class I was interested in, but Denise made the class as tolerable as possible. The workload was nominal and their where no tests. It actually taught me a lot and inspired me to take better care of myself. Thanks Denise!
