Cappello was the man. The class is a boring topic, but he makes it interesting by interacting with the class throughout its entirety. Only a midterm and final make up your grade plus a participation grade. The midterm and final were both essays, but as long as you put in some effort to study you will do well. he is the man! Would def recommend

Cappello is a gem. He is passionate about the subject and uses real word scenarios to make law as simple as he can. His tests are straight forward if you pay attention in class and study the case studies in the text book. Class can get a little tedious but he tries to keep it light-hearted with some humor. If you have the chance to take him do it.

Cappello is a great professor. Even though his lectures can be dry, he is a funny guy and enjoys teaching. He does not want to make the class difficult or fail anyone. Would recommend!

Cappello is the man! He really is passionate about what he talks about. I feel bad when people don't listen to him, but he really knows his stuff. His tests aren't hard if you study. Classes aren't really mandatory, but he knows when you don't come. His classes are usually the most in demand so try to register early for him!

Cappello is my role model. He is extremely chill and understanding. He has a TA grade everything so unless the TA takes things too seriously you should be fine in terms of grades. He is known to fall asleep during student presentations. Cappello is also notorious with the ladies.

This class was my favorite one of the semester. There is a decent amount of homework but you will get a good grade as long as you hand it in. He is an amazing professor who is hilarious and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his students. I would take any class just to have him as a teacher again.

Great professor. Doesn't take attendance, hilarious and engaging (a bit sarcastic), and always explains the material and readings well. 2 exams, 3 quizzes (drops the lowest) and 10% for participation (which is graded leniently). Put the effort in to read all the assigned chapters and cases and take notes and you'll get an A.

Funny guy, jokes are hilarious. never takes attendance. if you average effort you'll get an above average grade. a few quizzes, mid term, final. is usually late and lets you out early sometimes. not a bad night class. you can get by by just learning the material from the textbook no prob

Professor Cappello is literally amazing! He's not just an educator, he's a father-figure. Everyone in his class respects him; he loves his students so much! Cappello is a great guy and one of the best teachers I've had at Fordham. He really engages the class and uses funny real life examples to explain things. I am a Comm major and was able to get an A, so if your actually into law def take him. midterm and final, one essay and chances for extra credit. Recommend outlining each chapter before the tests
