I took him for Math 10 and 30. He is the best math teacher I have had! I got in A+ in both classes! I have NEVER gotten an A in math before, so he must be doing something right! Attend lecture because he shows you step by step how to do the problems from homework!

Carrie is extremely boring and he does not explain things in a clear and concise manner. He makes everything overly complicated and the math program that he uses is extremely difficult to use. He also extremely anal about how things are to be done. I would not choose this professor if math is not your best subject.

I do not understand math, but Mr. Carrie made it so I could understand. He went over every type of problem that would be on the homework step by step. There is a disc for this class, no book. There are quizzes every week in the lab, but if you know the sections you should do well on the quizzes and tests.

Great at teqching math, which is the important part. Very dry personality and sometimes irritable, but he's a good guy for sure. He will help you if you ask, just don't expect him to coddle you kiss your butt. I liked him overall for a math teacher.

Mr. Carrie is not the most interesting person in the world but he is definitely clear in his lectures. Goes through every step. Test and Quizzes are not hard at all it is a smaller version of your homework. Attendance is not mandatory and if you do the homework you dont need to come to class for an A.

This class was very easy for me, I got an A. If you do your hw and attend to class for the lecture then you will get an A for sure. He talks very slowly and his lectures were not very exciting (but very helpful). You don't have to attend to class, because he never take roll. However make sure to come to the lab to do the quizzes.

Extremely clear in all instruction. Attending lecture is totally optional. He provided us notes that outlined the lecture topics anyway, so I could have often skipped lecture and not worried about it. Everything was presented in a very easy way to understand. He can be stern, but not mean. And he'll help you any time you ask.

He talks slowly but clearly. He shows you every single type of problem you'll see on the CD-ROM. He's a pretty good professor, although some might think he's boring/weird or whatever. Do ALL your hmwk, don't procrastinate, don't leave the lecture hall during lectures, study hard and you'll be fine.

Good teacher, but I guess it seemed a little fast paced for a lot of people. If you are good at math it should be a good class, but if you are not that good at math I would not advise it. He goes over a lot of material and sometimes it may seem overwhelming. good teacher though.

I liked this instructor. He made this class as easy as possible. If go to lectures, do the homework and complete the weekly quizes, you can't help but get an A. Just don't be late, turn off your cell phone and don't leave the lecture hall during the lecture and you'll be fine.

If you ever take Math 030 at this school, my suggestion is do not take this instructor. He's extremely difficult! He failed me twice!
