Comment:

Although the class starts off easy, it is easy because it is simply a review from high school statistics. I was able to get a good grade on the first exam. The material after the first exam, was very difficult to understand. He does not explain the material well enough. There are not review sheets handed out before an exam as well as the final.

I have never felt this way about any educator besides this man. He should not teach. He is a prime example of what tenure does. It fosters laziness, apathy and the like. He demands mandatory attendance but is late himself. He puts material he doesnt teach on exams. He doesnt teach period. Dont take him unless you want to have a W on your trans.

I failed his class because of my absences even though I had a valid reason for not being able to attend class. my friend had to jump through hurdles just to withdrawal from his course, dont sign up for any of his classes unless youre prepared to be your own teacher.

One of the worst professors Ive ever had. doesnt explain material well and hes very rude. dont try to withdrawal from his class late because he wont help you at all, avoid at all costs.

Worst professor I've had. I was out with the flu, emailed him that I would be out and he never got back to me. I had a note from the campus health center when I returned and he said it wasn't good enough, my fault, and I still had to take a test I wasn't prepared for. He laughs every time you ask a question and passes out tests. Very inconsiderate.

mandatory attendance, doesn't actually teach material well. he makes the simplest things impossible, he doesn't break the material down or even teach the material instead he says "go to the my open math and do that". he's a nice guy, hes impossible to approach and when you do it feels like he talks down. will never ever take him nor ever reccommend

Even though his attendance is mandatory, going to class offers me nothing. He fails to break down math problems and makes even the simplest of things seem impossibly difficult. He also is never here for students when they ask for help. He will embarrass you if you ask for help or say something to belittle you. Spare yourself the tears and stress.

At first I was not looking forward to this class with this professor. He cancelled the first 4 classes and missed a few more. But as the semester went on he got better and I grew to like his teaching style. He's a funny guy but stays on topic and is willing to work with his students. He gives ALOT of work though so be prepared.

USED THE TEXTBOOK ONLY FOR MYMATHLAD, & FEW HW PROBLEMOkay, so the class itself would have been much easier if the guy slowed down. does not think before he speaks sometimes. He counts my math lab as a important part of your grade. Grading is confusing and would advise not to take him. If you could deal with confusing notes and dry humor GOOD LUCK

OMG NO! STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I took him for the semester and he was terrible. His accent makes math even MORE difficult and if you ask a question about a problem, he will make you feel dumb about it. DO NOT TAKE HIM.

BEWARE!!! Online Book he uses is awful and difficult to use & half of what he teaches isn't in there. Test may have material that he never taught or gave examples of. Looses grades ( and there usually your good ones). Takes the entire class to go over home work then tries to teach in the last 10 minutes. Is always late.

I'm not good at math but I passed this class with an A-. You need to work for a good grade but it's possible because he is willing to curve testslets you use a "cheat sheet". You will have a lot of homework online with MyMathLab but it's an easy way to boost your grade. You don't need to buy the textbook if you buy the online MyMathLab.

DO NOT TAKE HIM. When asking questions about the subject, he will response with a "What are you, stupid?" kind of answer. He expects you to know the material prior to taking his class. SCSU Tutoring was no help as my tutors could not figure out what this professor was asking in his assignments. Grading is horrible.

Very confusing teacher. Does not know how to teach and assumes you already know the material. Doesn't understand how to answer questions. You basically have to teach yourself the material if you want to pass. Do not take him.

Worst professor I've ever had. Does not believe in students struggling in math and doesn't care. Doesn't care whether you pass or fail. I asked what I had to do to pass his class and he simply said, "Pass my test". I would say 80% of my class has an F.
