He is the best professor I've ever had. He changed my life. Anyone who's taking his class please value every class. Coz someday later in your life, when you look back, u would appreciate all the lectures, hwk, and his Mathematica interactive textbook. He might be a difficult professor, but all the efforts really build you a rigorous foundation.

Too difficult, especially with how unclear lectures are. Does not curve, and makes little effort to get to know students. Feels like high school. Obviously brilliant, and would make a good instructor if he took the energy to make the classroom more intimate, and made an effort to actually make the material understandable from outside his own logic.

Schneider's awesome! Sure he comes across as intimidating and he'll definitely grill you in class but he's a nice guy. He will help you out a lot if you take the time to go see him and tell him the problems you are facing in class. He appreciates hard work and may even give you extra credit! So suck it up and don't think much in2 his insultsjokes

He is my favorite professor. I enjoyed every minute in his class. His class made me excited and could drive sleepiness away. His homework was not easy, but if you are smart and industrious, you will be fine. I spent half of my awake time last term on doing math. And I got obsessed at last. (well, half of our class dropped I don't know why)

He is an Ah-mazing professor!!! He's intimidating at first but as you get to know him more he's actually a very pleasant and a fun guy. Shh! don't tell anyone though, he likes people to think he's mean and what not. Also a very good adviser. Encourages you when you need it. I could keep going about him but I guess I've made my point by now.

The best Math prof at Knox. Very challenging classes, but he is a great guy. If you are having trouble, just stop by his office and ask him a question. He is very friendly and easy to talk to even though it may seem very intimidating in class.

Took 205 and 210. He is the best professor I had at Knox. If you go into his class to work hard and you know he most of all wants you to learn, you'll be fine. Don't be late! He's really nice in his office if you go for questions so don't be scared, but won't let you leave until you understand the material. Just be prepared to work your ass off.

The only thing that got me through this course was the helpful TA's. Could not understand his explanations, and when he wanted you to answer a question, he would get in your face and yell "Vite! Vite!" which is French for "Hurry!" Wors
