One of the best profs I've had. Great lady, excited about German. I still have no idea about that stupid "banana" riddle though.

A great professor! I learned so much German in such a short time! Just make sure you do all the homework and review often - you can't cram for her tests exams.

She is, by far, my favourite professor at Brock. She is wickedly smart, sharp and witty, and passionate about the German language. She often thinks about her work and speaks to the class on a very high academic level because "it is University, after all." However, she knows 101 ways to explain the material to all types of learners and supports you.

I took two years of German, my second was with Frau Bielicki and I had an amazing year. She was extremely flexible and very forgiving. I never felt embarrassed when I was fumbling to get a grasp on my new language. She encouraged me and used a variety of exercises to ensure progressed smoothly. This was no easy class but it was worth the time spent

Great prof, great sense of humour, always in a good mood. Sometimes moves a little fast with lessons which is ideal for me but I can see how it might be a problem for learners who like a slower pace. Very encouraging of class participation, very big on taking up homework in class.

She is a very nice professor. She does expect a lot from students, but that is how students learn the knowledge firmly. Now I graduated with a Minor in German. I appreciate her efforts to my successful completion of my degree.

She is a very nice prof, but she does expect a lot from you. Sometimes I feel as if she does not even consider that we have other courses to do work for too. Her midterm review for this first year course was 32 pgs long, so much detailed she wanted us to remember, and it was not a m/c exam.. =(

I will admit it is better to come to her class with a positive attitude. If you study and work hard, you'll be fine. If you love the language, even better. Your performance in her class reflects in your marks. If you have a bad attitude, then take French. She is a great professor and wish more language instructors were more helpful.

Frau Bielicki is a very intelligent human being who has integrity and backbone. She is a lightning bolt in fields of dry idiotic drones who wear red velvet to conceal their lack of soul. She kicks ass.

Worst Proff. ever! Doesn't know how to teach (just reads someone elses text book in class word for word)and if you do one thing that she doesn't approve of, she'll hold a grudge for the rest of the semester and try her hardest to fail you.

Like a student or not, it shouldn't have an impact on how you treat them in class...or how you mark them.
