Her lectures were power points and she would write her own notes on the smart board. Then the homework was the same exact thing. Repetitive and somtimes boring.

Good professor overall. Very set in her ways. Clear about everything expected and the course is practically laid out in front of you. Always willing to help throughout the semester. Do not take this class if you a) can't stay off your phone or b) curse too much. Those are her 2 pet peeves and she will call you out if she catches you doing either.

Mrs Cheasty is the best teacher in the hospitality buisness. I highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of taking any hospitality based class. She knows what shes doing and will do everything to help you pass the class just short of doing your work for you.
