Had her for 2 WST classes. Smart, interesting - yes. Should she be teaching WST classes? NO. The issues are too close to home and she CANNOT remain impartial during class. You know exactly how she feels on every issue, and she has gotten in prickly, heated "discussions" with students with whom she doesn't agree. Would make a terrific guest speaker.

She's tough and has high expectations. She won't baby you, and she won't coddle you. But personally, I think such discipline is sorely lacking in many classes. If you want a highly intelligent, straightforward professor who's both strict AND fun, try taking a class with Crowder. If anything, it'll definitely challenge you.
