Awesome prof...too bad he's retired. Was not exactly easy but always knew how to convey the material. Would pick out a few people at the beginning of the semester and continually poke fun at them during the course. Always had a good laugh in his class.

One of your AC professor that you'll never forget. Challenging, humorous and humbling... the way an AC class should lay it out. Do it his way, but understand the material to get an A. Material is overwhelming, but reward is job well done. Inspite of what he says, life is full of second, third and many more chances.

Good professor. Goes over problems from the book all class so even though attendance isn't required its smart to show up. Tests are deceptively harder than the examples and he wants things done exactly how he does it. Overall good professor, but if you're looking for ease you might want to look elsewhere.

Deceptive class. Gives notes that make the material seem simple, then the tests throw you for a loop (ridiculously hard - absolutely have to read the book for reinforcement). All notes have to be taken by hand, so even though he doesn't require you to go, be there. It WILL bring down you GPA

Professor is very helpful and will go over any questions you have outside of class. He gives copies of old exams you can study and uses similar questions on the exam. If you pay attention in class you will do fine. Great teacher. Take his class if you want to learn accounting. Has a good sense of humor that makes class enjoyable

he is willing to change (i.e. increase) your grades if you prove that you deserve. Easy book, if you finished ac311/312, don't bother to go to class. I spent little time on it -- just one or two days before the exams -and got 3.7. If you study a little bit harder, 4.0 is easy. Three exams, not accumulative, 20%(the lowest), 40% and 40%.

had him for both AC310 and 311... thought he was alot easier in AC311 but i just might have understood the material alot better... he's really a good guy has hard tests but will help you out as much as possible... he has a bad rep. but i loved the guy.. he keeps class fun and picks on people so if you dont have a sense of humor you wont like him

Great prof. Keeps things interesting, never a dull moment in class. What you earn is what you get. I liked him so much that I am taking him again next semester. I would recommend him to anyone considering accounting for a major.

I took professor Cross 20 years ago and it was because of him that I decided to go into public accounting. I am currently the CFO of EMC and I have to say that this guy is the man. Without his expertise and judgement I wouldn't be where I am today. Really EASY teacher. Best at Bentley a must take in my opinion.

This is one of the best professors for Cost Accounting. Theres 3 tests, no stupid project like the other sections. Just 3 tests and the lowest he drops completely. Read the book and do HW, easy 4.0! Forget Haselkorn, and Klein! Dick Cross is number one!

He changed his grading structure this semester and he said it will remain for the rest of his career at Bentley. He is now one of the EASIEST teachers here. He curves everyones grades up an entire grade at the end but doesn't tell you until the end. He gives out tests at office for practice that are exactly the ones he gives you for the class.

Oh my god. This professor might be one of the best teachers at Bentley. He is so much easier than Klein, Hazelkorn, Mciver, or the other Mc. for any of the Accounting courses. If you don't take him you might as well just kiss your GPA down the drain. You are like gauranteed a 4.0.

Man this guy rocks, he's so easy and a nice guy. I got a 3.7 with ease in the fall semester. I didn't even have to study for the tests, 90 each time. Best professor at Bentley for sure! TAKE HIM FOR AC311! HES BETTER THAN MACIVER MCQUADE AND KLEIN!

He is a great teacher. He moves relatively slow and if you go to his office he helps you out A TON! Once you get to know him he isnt so scary. He really wants u to do well and he grades on improvement as well as grades on the exams. You can pull a good grade if u talk in class, go see him, and do the practice problems
