Prof is the best because he was dedicated to teaching which is rare these days. I appreciated the one-one topic conversations. He really cares about each students ability to learn and grow in the real world. It will be a great lose when he retires, but we all know he'll have fun traveling and know he has inspired many. Thanks for everything!!!!!!!

GREAT TEACHER! Tricky Dick is a great guy as well as a great teacher! Very helpful and knowledgeable! I reccomend taking him for as many classes as you can. You may have to work hard at times but he is still there to help if you need it.

Crazy guy, has some good stories. Class was boring (but easy) at times with no variety in teaching style, but he was very enthusiastic and easy to talk to. Ask questions! The class is alot better that way! I Recommend him.

If you don't take every class that Dick teaches, you're doing yourself a great disservice. He teaches lifelong learning type classes about real estate/finance that no graduate should be without. Do yourself a favor - READ AND HEED!
