i took this class as a core and i LOVED it. its about a 20-30 min lecture and then a 30 min work out session then abs and a cool down. We had a midterm, 2 projects, a couple small hw assignments and a final. I would definitely take this class again. BTW WARNING: SO MANY ABS. I loved having her as my professor! She taught me alot about myself.

The class has lecture and exercise. Just show up and do your best and exercise portion should be fine. The exams are really tough when I'm taking it, but I somehow get good grades (and I have 3.8-9 GPA, am KNES major). If you want to be sure, make sure you take really good notes of what she says,not just what's on the slides.

Professor is very nice and kind of sarcastic. the class is a breeze.. easy A's on every assignment. do NOT buy the textbook.. you wont use it at all. midterm is pretty much common sense and final is some vocab she gives you. good chance to get 3 credits for just working out. id definitely recommend this class

BEST CLASS! Prof D is very sarcastic and funny! She wants you to succeed! As long as you follow the project rubrics and show up to class you will get an A! The workouts were great! This is an excellent choice for a gen ed. Try to take this class with friends-it makes the class more fun. You have a lot of free workout time and a small group project

This class got gradually more difficult but I had a lot of fun. She doesn't put up with any crap (which I liked) but at the same time, she was very helpful and liked to crack jokes. Only 2 credits but my advice: TAKE HER!!

If you want to work out for credit, this is your class. She is very fun, very helpful, and cares about improving your fitness. It's not just going up and down on the step - so much more, and you will learn so much about healthy exercise. I LOVED this class, and you will definitely see a change at the end of the semester!

Aerobics: Not hard at all, the tests are a snap. Just go over the notes, come to class and have fun. You'll sweat, lose weight, and get much stronger. You'll have fun. You should take it.

very easy midterm and final. just go and work out. could play recquetball or football if wanted. abs workout are super difficult. can't miss more than 4 class or it affects your grade. got an A. no notes after midterm. class let out 15 minutes early normally.

Easy class. Show up take notes only for 20 min and only till the date of the midterm. The ab workout gets hard as mofo. Knees up, feet flat, hands on top of your head.
