Please don't listen to the negative reviews because professor Rose is a great teacher. He offers multiple extra credit opportunities. There are four exams and one final and the homework isn't due until the end of the semester. It is an easy A if you put in the effort. He truly goes out of his way to help his students pass the class.

Looks like the people who rate poorly are those who don't show up to class and don't do the homework. You have to love those salty students, please ignore them. I am not a math person, yet I took Math 360 and Math 200 and got an A. Mr. Rose is an amazing professor. Do the work, show up, and you WILL pass.

MR. ROSE IS THE BEST! If you take him DEFINITELY 100% DO THE HW NOTEBOOK!!!!! He is a great math teacher, hilarious & down to earth! He also sounds a bit like Jim Carrey, so that grabbed my attention in class. He is one of the best at COS!

I always thought I was bad at math until I found Mr. Rose. His lectures are so clear and easy to understand, and hes funny and happy all the time. Just show up to class, have a complete homework notebook and you will succeed. This is the first A that I have ever gotten in math. Thank you Mr. Rose.

Don Rose had great reviews.I took his course because I am a 4.0 student. His teaching style is very old fashioned which causes you to memorize everything! he grades all based off of your tests and his study guides are 80+ questions long. Also If your hw notebook is not done his way even if its correct he will mark it incomplete!

Take him!!!!!!!! Hes so good!!!! I'm not even good at math, but hes a really good teacher. My biggest advice show up everyday and listen to his lectures and you'll get it!!!!!!!!! Class goes by so fast!!!!!!!!

Ive never understood math ever and have never got higher then a C in math until I took him for 230 and 200 and got As highly recommended because of his lectures being so easy to understand and really broke down the math.

Rose is a GREAT professor. He is extremely easy to understand and overall a good guy. If you do the homework that is assigned, the tests are super easy!! He is open to help during and after class. If you struggle in math I would definitely recommend him as your instructor.

He is an awesome professor! There will be four tests, a comprehensive final, and homework. Make sure you do the homework notebook because it definitely helps with the tests. He also offers extra credit. Overall, it was a great semester and I would totally recommend taking his classes.

Mr. Rose teaches math in a clear, straight-forward way that actually makes math easy to understand. In all my years of school, I've never done so well in a math class. I will definitely take all the classes that he teaches. Go class and do the homework. Make sure you turn in a complete homework notebook! The bonus perk is COMPLETELY worth it!

Don Rose truly wants all his students to pass his classes. He'll sit with you and help if he is available. He will get you 5 points for each exam just for going to the math lab. He does not require you to MyMathlab, just do all your homework and show up to class!!! Buy far the Best math teacher ever!

Took math 230 online with Rose. In the first class meet he clearly explained the important matters of the online class, told us what hours he was in the math lab and encouraged us to go see him anytime we needed help. He sent email reminders and updates that were informative, helpful and encouraging throughout the semester.

Great teacher! You need the book for the hw's, but you can easily check it out in the library. No math code needed. The teacher was great, even for a 6am class! Beware that your grade depends on how well you do on your tests. Other than that, super easy.

Best teacher Ive ever had! Doesnt take attendance but GO TO CLASS & take notes for your own benefit. Hes very helpful. Theres extra credit. Book needed. The only homework is a Notebook due at the end of the semester & ITS WORTH DOING! I struggle with math but he teaches in a very clear easy way thats understandable. I will take him again!!!

I HATE math, but I LOVE Mr Rose. I never thought it would be possible for me to not only understand, but be happy after every test because I knew I was going to do well with his help. I wish I could have taken him for my previous classes. HE IS THE BEST!!! Don't waste your time with other instructors!!!!

I've taken Mr. Rose for both 360 and 200 and I've learned so much from him. He is a really good instructor. He explains the problems step by step and as long as you go to class, do your homework and work on the review handouts, you should be fine.
