There are so many good things to say about Donabel. I did a full degree at SFU and have taken a couple courses at BCIT. Donabel is by far the most engaging professors I've ever had, delivering relevant material in a very effective manner. She also makes an effort to know all her students, which speaks for itself. TAKE ALL OF HER COURSES!!!

This Tableau class has been instrumental to my professional development. Donabel was great at teaching Tableau and very inspirational. Because there were a lot of hands on exercises and presentations, the class prepared me for my big presentation with our VPs. My employers were blown away by our dashboard project, which we eventually adopted.

Donabel is an amazing instructor! It is because of the instructors like her that BCIT is so popular among the employers. She is very passionate about databases, and she delivers lecture material in a very efficient way, with lots of clarity real life examples.

Whoever has Donabel as instructor is very lucky!!!!! Tough class, but you learn a lot. Explains clearly - lightbulbs come off when she explains topics. Exam was tough, but after finishing, I felt a sense of accomplishment. Will take more of her courses!!!!
