Dr. Aiesi is a really nice guy, but it he is extremely unclear about his expectations. Also, your grades won't reflect anything other than how much he likes you.

Possibly one of the worst professors at furman but one of the greatest individuals teaching at furman. He is super nice and entertaining but he is so unorganized that it is impossible to learn in his class. Class will be one our of random material and 15 minutes of class related lecture. Your grade will be based on if he likes you and nothing else

If you are interested in being a poly sci major you MUST TAKE AIESI!!! Cutest old man ever, has been at furman forever and knows his stuff. Head of pre law so you must get to know him if you want to go that direction. Pretty much everyone ends with a B+ and he doesn't take attendance. Love this man!!!

Dr. Aiesi is one of the most entertaining professors at Furman. He definitely goes off track a lot, but is also one of the smartest men I have ever met. I loved his constitutional law class and I believe that it has really helped me be better prepared for law school. Fantastic class and I would definitely take it again.

Dr. Aiesi is very smart and you need to take him if you want to go to law school so you can be better prepared. His Judicial Process class is amazing. He is a bit of a strange grader but if you do the work, keep up with the news and show improvement he is willing to boost your grade. Take him!

Constitutional law with Dr. aiesi is pretty much story time for two hours twice a week, which can get kind of painful. He's a very nice and funny man, but doesn't give a lot of usable lecture. Very strange grader.

Rating Dr. Aiesi based on my attendance 1986-1990. One of the best professors I ever had and great to see he is apparently still the same. A brilliant and compassionate educator who will absolutely burn you alive if you slack off but make you feel like the greatest student alive if you do the work.

Great professor. Definitely knows his stuff. If you do reading and go to class and keep up with the news, you should get an A. Take good notes in class and make yourself known to him. He is IMPOSSIBLE to find out of class so make sure you make the most of the in class time.

Dr. Aiesi is great. His class is always interesting, even if the subject matter is not. He's a very strange grader, and will drop full test grades if he thinks you can do better. (I really think he grades by how much you participate in class.) He's always up to debate, and if you're not careful, he WILL embarrass you. I highly recommend Dr. Aiesi!

Dr. Aiesi is the man. His lectures are key, and just follow along by reading the book. No homework and you have 2-3 essays that are the grade for the entire class. He will look over bad grades as long as you show improvement. Really funny and truly knows his stuff.

Dr. Aiesi is amazing! He's fun, brings life to class, and somehow manages to teach you without you even realizing it. He WANTS you to do well and will "forget" bad grades if you show improvement. Read your book and listen in lectures. Don't count on EVER finding him in his office or answering emails. Not an EASY class, but not difficult, eithe

Great professor! Mostly lecture, but it's interesting. The tests are pretty easy as long as you keep up with the reading. He's really helpful and just wants you to do well so he will help you in any way. Attendance isn't mandatory, but a lot of the concepts he talks about in class are very helpful on the exams so it's good to go.

The class itself was one of the best I have had at Furman. His lectures are entertaining but you also take in and learn a lot...during the 50 minutes you were in class. After class you probably have a better chance finding and getting help from Big Foot than Don Aiesi. Has climbed out his office window Indiana Jones style to avoid students.

Fabulous prof. Actually came to drop something off to my dorm and sat and watched a little bit of a football game iwth my roommate and me. Don't know if it's true, but heard he took the bar exam not to practice law but to be able to help his student get ready for law school. Wonderful personality.

He is the man! One of the best profs here. Those who say he's unclear just weren't paying attention. He uses real life stories and situtations to present the legal issues making them more apprehensible and applicable. This helps you out with the tests since they are hypotheticals. Take him!
