Chase is one of the hardest professors in the Civil department. However, he wants you to be a good engineer. You will be miserable in his class during the semester, but in the end you'll realize you actually learned a ton.

Took water resources with him and hydraulics... terrible professor, ruins students, very aggressive and brings his family problems to class. he likes students more than others and has no mercy on anyone. definitely worst professor in the civil department

I took him for hydraulics and water resources...some of the hardest classes i have ever taken...yet I have never learned so much. He is tough but you learn a lot!
