She's really nice and cares about all her students, I will say that. She's also very knowledgeable about journalism. However, she talks and talks and talks and it's just so dull and often unimportant and very repetitive. If you're a comm major, you will definitely have her for a class at some point, for better or worse.

Comm Law is a really boring subject, but Bertazzoni does her best to keep it interesting. A really easy class, just four exams and one paper. If you don't understand anything, she is very approachable, and will help you with whatever you don't understand.

Dr. B is a good teacher. She talks loud so you don't fall asleep lol. She is very interested in the subject she teaches and that helps a lot. She is very approachable too. I don't like history...but I did well it this class because of her teaching style. GREAT PROFESSOR :)

Very nice woman and a very helpful advisor, but her classes are just no fun to sit through. I could have easily gotten an A in this class without going to lecture because the tests are straight from the book. Not the quality of teaching I expect from Hood. Luckily she doesn't seem to take attendance.
