Comment:

Multicultural education with her was an eye opener and really inspired us. She's a wise woman, who knows what she's talking about and is able to share stories and experiences relating to the topics at hand. She can keep you hanging on the entire class! I compare her and her classes to Oprah and her life classes

I love this teacher! This was the second time I had her and she is one of the best in the education program. She loves her subject and knows it very well. She's enabled me to improve my writing and to pay attention to little details that make all the difference!

I absolutely adore Donna Lee Smith. She is a truly caring and respectful teacher who takes interests in her students.The class, Communications in educations, is SUPER easy. Not much work is done, and she's a fairly easy marker.Her class is a piece of cake...however most of the work is in groups. I would most defiantly recommend this teacher!

One of the worst classes ever! You may as well have registered for a First Nations class because that's all she talks about. You learn nothing about fiction. Everything is self-taught. No use attending her class. I don't recommend taking her class at all.

I have taken Donna-Lee for both Children's Lit and Learning to write Fiction. She is the best teacher at McGill. Inspiring, helpful and creative. Her assignments are fun and meaningful. Marks fairly as well!

Simply the best teacher at McGill??! You must be simply the dumbest student at McGill! She's alright, but refuses to answer questions. Ask her something and she replies "What do you think?" Fairly easy marker if your written English is already well-polished. Obsessed with eskimos!!
