This was the first class that I ever took at CNM and thankfully I had Dee! She helped me over the rough bumps from using Microsoft XP to 2010. The knowledge jump was huge, but she really helped me out!

Very nice woman. However, she has a tendency to drone on and on with whatever she is teaching so much that you just want to pull your hair out at the end of the lecture. Luckily she lets you leave after 30 minutes. If there are other classes availible then do not choose this class.

Can assign either long or difficult assignments, but rarely both at once. Teaches an oncampus class much the same as an online class- keep this in mind. Also note that she didn't demonstrate much sensitivity to people who learn slower or faster. She had a plan, and she stuck to it, which frustrated overachievers and newbs alike, but it wasn't bad.

Awesome class with an awesome professor. Very patient and lots of fun. I took this as a 12 week class which made it challenging but doable with some good time managment skills. I totally recommend!!!!!!!

Ms.Lujan was my favorite teacher this semester! She is very clear on what she wants you to do and although there can be a lot of homework, it's usually not too bad. She is great at explaining everything and makes sure you understand what you are doing! I would definitely recommend taking her class!

She knows what she is doing. She's very clear on just about everything, and pretty much the only bad thing about her is the sheer amount of homework she assigns. It's usually pretty easy, though. I'd highly reccomend her for just about any computer course.

I've heard alot of bad stuff about other C++ teachers. Dora was great. Lots of homework but she is nice and ready to help you. Don't really like the text book, but don't have anything to base that opinion on.
