Rader was honestly a great teacher. I had an A all semester until the final came along. That was the only bad thing about the class, was his final. However,for the other tests, if you study the powerpoints then you will do just fine. My lowest test grade was an 89 (except the final) I really enjoyed his class. He is hard but you will learn alot!!!

Does not use the Txt book. Only time he does it to tell you to look at pictures for a better understanding. He is more than willing to answer questions as long as you show effort in the class. Is strict about showing up to class on time. I would highly recomend him.

He is, indeed a little arrogant, but funny. He is, demanding and strict but to the point, because he wants you to learn you brats and give you the taste of what nursing is really like. His attitude? Great. Kind of like Dr. House, very dry and sarcastic humor. And it doesn't help that he's very attractive. : -)

Mr. Rader is a real credit to Maria College - he's a very dedicated instructor and is very willing to help any student with any problem. I'm very impressed with the quality of his teaching - this person has found his true vocation and it is teaching. I would take anything he taught.

I am so tired of people talking smack about Rader. I know a lot of Maria students have a problem with a teacher who actually wants you to act like an adult and be accountable for your learning. Rader is the best instructor on campus. He won't hold your hand, but if you attend class and study your notes you should have an A.

Avoid taking this guy's class...Opt for any other teacher. Rader's a hard-ass and he plays favorites. He also targets certain female students to (nastily) pick on. He will not return your emails and acts annoyed if you ask for help regarding the course material.

I think Mr. Rader is a great teacher. Once you get past his tough exterior he is funny and willing to help you out. He expects alot of his students, so don't expect to slack off. If you do the studying, you will do great, he is very clear in his expectations.

Mr. Rader seems rough and tough...hard to approach and a quirky sense of humor but when you get past his sarcasim and your own fear he is really nice and willing to help as long as you put in the effort. He is by far one of my favorite teachers. He cares alot and wants you to succeed!

I do well in his class, he is just very unapproachable and stuck up. He seems awesome at first but as you take his classes more and more you just realize how awful his attitude is. He teaches pretty straight forward and simple though. So that's good.

This man is BRUTAL...I found him to be pompus, rude, and power hungry...He teaches too many classes at once, so he has made errors, of which involved grading and comprising tests...He frequently fails to answer student emails or phone calls...Negative exerience with this guy...

Fabulous teacher! Uses easy-to-understand, real-life examples to clarify difficult topics and make them more interesting. Always willing to help. Extremely knowledgeable and good natured. I really enjoyed the class.
