He is great. Notes are fairly, simple, just copy off the transparency. Tests are somewhat difficult, but not bad if you study. You have a 10 pt lab check-out quiz after each lab, which I think is easy points to help your grade. Also, he gives you an opportunity for extra points at the end of the semester, if you keep up with all your stuff.
