Great instructor! Very knowledgeable and helpful! The combination of self-study from CCNA Companion Guide and Doug's lecture, CCNA seems easy afterall! Shares experiences beyond NA level. Great troubleshooting skills learned during lab.

He is certainly knowledgeable but he lacks the teaching skill to pass on his knowledge to his students, in wireless at least. He tends to ramble and skimp on topics of importances, to focus on topics he is intersted in but industry and students are not. He needs to shower more and invest in a new deodorant/anti-persperant, he smells of body odour.

Cisco rocks with thig guy.Always willing to add the extra time to be certain comprehension is there. SAIT should get their butts in gear and listen to Doug. He is truely the BEST they have.
