Doug is very old school, and I think would prefer shooting with his Leica to digital any-day. He has good knowledge of photo, but he is a tad unapproachable, and sometimes Portfolio review is weird with him, because you never know what he is going to like. Will be interesting to see who they bring in when he retires.
