Middle east politics was probably the hardest class I ever took at Bowdoin. tons and tons of reading, the midterm is random multiple choice taken from hundreds of years of history (who led the mongolian rebellion of 1345 bc? WHAT?!?) and part of the final was an oral exam, which just doesn't do it for me.
