Every class is the same routine every time. All lecture and taught with powerpoints. She tries to engage the class in all lectures. Exams are kinda tough most questions are given in scenario examples, so be prepared to understand the material, not just memorize.

Slank is pretty clear cut on her expectations. The class was not in the least painful, and she gives you study guides of what will be on the test. If you look it over and read a little, you'll be fine. She's also available outside of class anytime you need help!

I've had Slank for two classes now and I think she's a great teacher. She's very clear about what will be on the tests and she'll go over any questions you have. As long as you take notes and somewhat pay attention it's a fairly easy class.

Took her for social psych. Lectures are very clear and explained well. Lectures sometimes feel to drag on a bit. Tests are multiple choice and very straightforward. Study your notes and the study guide and you'll do fine.

Test are easy, if you study the guide she gives you. Very little use of book. Makes an interesting subject boring. Accuses of plagiarizing a lot so don't even try an extra credit paper, because who knew that there was a lot of the same information on gen. psych, obviously she doesn't.

Class was really interesting but because there is so much info it can seem like forever until it's over. She is one of the most helpful teachers at SVC, even if you don't have her for class. She really cares about her students and will go out of her way to make sure you are happy at SVC. Take her and take social psych!!
