Professor Jordan is essentially everything a college instructor should be. He thoroughly explains the syllabus and gives you every piece of information necessary in order to not only pass, but excel. Not my easiest class, but probably one of my favorites.

Dr. Jordan was incredibly fair and I always knew what I needed to do to earn a good grade from him. He was very personable, albeit wordy, and I would suggest people who prefer objectivity in their writing take him!

This professor is awesome! He is very specific with what he wants from his students. He provides clear instructions, I really like the way he does his class. If you email him for help or questions, he would reply to you immediately. For an online class, I think that he is one of the best teachers I've taken at Odessa College.

I love English and writing but just didn't the first two times I took it. After taking Dr. Jordan's class I now know who I will be taking for the rest of my ENGL classes. He is very helpful and takes the time during and after class to answer any questions I had. Amazing teacher! I would definitely recommend him to new and experienced students!

This was my third time taking ENGL 1301. I needed this course. I love English and writing but just didn't the first two times I took it. This was an online class for me and it went pretty well. The teacher is very thorough with his requirements for each assignment and is constant with his emails to remind the students of when things are due and who has turned in which assignments.
