This professor just doesn't really care. He acts invested, but never really teaches material. He demands people be in class yet skips for himself. Self centered man that does well with slides and is a good person and... that's really all. Sorry to have signed up for a class with him to say the least.

Comment:

Robbins just doesn't seem invested. He simply cares more about what he is doing outside of the classroom and never really teaches while he is there. This man is a good speaker, but in school we don't sign up for speeches we want to learn. Too much emphasis on things not pertinent to tests as well as little to no real substance. Disappointing.

He is one of my favorite professors on Eastern University's Campus! I truly fee blessed to have him as a professor. I know later on in life I will think back and recall all the things he has taught me. He is a wonderful man of God. :) Even if you are not interested in youth ministry as a career but love kids I greatly recommend this class! :)

If you actually listen and do the readings, the tests are not hard...seriously...just pay attention and any youth ministry class with duffy or any of the other professors are useful and enjoyable. also who doesn't love calling professors by their first names??

A really nice guy, but it's annoying that he teaches straight out of his own book. Nothing in the lectures is new. His tests are crazy hard. He tends to teach his classes the same way he speaks at seminars; he just talks at you.

Not as good as Darrell, but still a good professor. I think he makes a better public speaker than professor. Sometimes when he talks to his students, he tends to take way above their heads. Other than that, a very nice guy and very understanding.
