Dr. McEntire is a hard teacher, but his classes are some of the best I have had at CCC. If you do the work, pay attention in class, and earnestly desire to learn he will do anything to help you and you will get an A in his classes. He does expect the students read their textbooks though so if you don't do that you might have a harder time.

He was a good prof. I enjoyed his class alot even though I used to fall asleep in his classes alot, cuz I worked alot off campus. He loved to throw markers and erasers at me and other students in order to wake them up. Even a few years after I left he was still telling stories to his students about me and how I "wore" a dent in the wall from sleeping in Steel 108. "Mr. Wolfe, how nice of you to join us" he used to say.

McEntire is an ok teacher. He knows what he is doing but does not communicate very well and gets frustrated at the students when they don't understand! He can be very mean and rude at times. He does help you if you go to him and are willing to take it when he makes fun of you for not understanding!

Dr. Mac is awesome. He knows what he's talking about and he cares about the student's success. He'll do anything he can to help you out. But his classes are HARD. You have to do the work or you will fail. Again, he is awesome.

He is a awesome teacher, has lots of practical experience, and knows what he's talking about. He flat out cares about whether or not we understand what he teaches and pushes the students to be the best.
