After you get done with this class, you will really master the English language. He's definitely one of the best professors I ever had in my life... yes, you'll work a lot, but you will definitely appreciate it later when you have to write an essay, a project, or a formal letter to the judge in order to cancel your speeding ticket. I was very sad & shocked to know about his death. May he rest in peace!

I too just found out about Fryzel's death. I had him for 131 and 132 he was always a joyful person. He truly will be missed by me. I was always the first person in his class at 7:00 am and he and I would always just talk about anything. Fryzel made such a difference in my life. Some teacher's were meant to teach and some teacher's just teach.

I had Mr Fryzel more than a year ago, and just now learned about his death. It really is sad that such a wonderful man/teacher had to pass away. His class was always enlightening. Even at 7am he was on his toes and ready to go with a smile on his face. Mr Fryzel made me want to be a morning person! I will NEVER forget the impact he had on my life.

I had Mr. Fryzel for both English 131 & 132 right in the middle of his passing. I have never like English, but Mr. Fryzel made it so intersting and fun that you couldn't help but like it. I hope the school realzies what a EXCELLECNT teacher they have lost. He made such an impact on my life that I will never forget him.

Mr.Fryzel was an excellent English teacher. He made the material interesting and understandable for everyone. True, it isn't easy, but it is entirely false that he is biased. Unfortunately, students can no longer benefit from his enlightening class, for Mr.Fryzel passed away...May he rest in peace & know that we will always value what he taught us.

Great Prof. Yes, he does assign alot of essays, but isn't that the point of the class? If you do well, he will excuse you from the final exam. I liked him so much, that I'm going to take him for 132. I highly recommend this professor.

not an easy class, but i really learned a lot. he assigns way too many essays and expects the essays to be done with his point of view. if you're a strong minded,argumentative person you will have difficulty seeing things HIS way. i ended up with a B+ in his class, but i'm an A student!!!

Fryzel is one of the best english teachers in HFCC. if ur lookin to get an easy A dont take it with him but he explains his subjects well and helps u a lot. i took an A in his class but i had to work hard and did a lot of essays.

Very nice guy. Helped me out a ton. I was behind in class because of personal reasons, and he really helped me out. He gave me a lot of encouragement, when I was thinking of dropping. I would def. recommend him to anyone. Definately knows his stuff. Don't take if you're looking for an easy A.
