CLASS IS EXTREMELY EASY. You have to attend class because your grade depends on the iClicker questions. The labs are really easy too if you have an nice TA. The project was a annoying and time consuming but helps you make friends with other engineers (and its fun once its done and you are actually competing). DO NOT BUY THE BOOKS! Overall easy A!

The class is very easy and some of the lectures (almost all from invited speakers) were interesting, some were extremely boring. You have to attend because of iclicker quizzes. The lab was hard but I had a good TA who helped until we understood. Project was annoying but you can't avoid it. You'd have to skip most of the classes to get less than a C

This class is a waste of time. It's so easy and it's so unnecessary but a good chunk of your grade is attendance quizzes so you can't skip. Don't buy the textbook it is USELESS and EXPENSIVE.

Easy. Mandatory for engineering students. Fun competition but it rains every year. The labs are painful because nobody really knows what's going on. Textbooks aren't really necessary. The lecture is pointless. I slept then woke up for iClicker questions.

MOST USELESS BORING POINTLESS CLASS I'VE EVER HAD. There is no point in going but you have to. Everyday is just a guest speaker who u can't even understand. The school rips you off with the books too. Make sure u are going to stay with Engineering before taking this.

dont buy the package its waste, the books are "UCF" edtns when there the same thing as the CHEAPER generic ones you can buy off amazon, etc. i paid about $140 for all the required books online the school sells them for $220 scool make tons of money off this class, dont buy the package from the school, the greedy school is using you if you do

Really easy class. Must attend for Iclicker questions. I sat in class and did nothing, when it came time for the clicker question I jus copied every1 else. There is no reason no 1 shouldn't get an A in this class. TEXT BOOK IS A WASTE OF MONEY- mine is still in the wrapper.

Extremely easy class, just show up for the so you can take the quiz questions. The lectures are useless and Divo does not even do them, they are all invited speakers. The lab is whats important, just show up and do the work and it will be an easy A!

Honestly, he hasn't taught me anything. He's only seen on the friday lectures, which are useless. The Labs are the important part, but are taught by TAs, not Divo. If you have any previous knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks or even Autodesk Inventor, don't buy the books, they aren't necessary. As a whole, the class is an easy A.

Intro to Engineering, class is rarely interesting, the labs are where you really do the learning. BUY THE BOOK, They have changed the way they are doing the course, and you will have to read the books to get your Quiz points in Lab.

Generally a very nice guy, doesn't make things any harder than they have to be, which is a huge plus. You never really use the texts in this course, though you can use them as references in terms of using mathematical related software programs. There's no one else I believe that teaches this class as far as I know, but don't worry about that.

dr divo is definitely a hottie! gotta love his accent too. go to the lectures and take the cps quizzes. whatever you do dont buy the book! (mine is still in the plastic wrapping) he has people come in and just talk about different engineering fields and what they do. the lab and the lecture have nothing in common

DO NOT BUY THE BOOK! Waste of money. Easy class, just go to the lectures and labs. Labs go a little fast so its easy to get lost. Accent is not that bad, and I have a seriously hard time with accents.
