Took this class having no physics in high school, as course book recommends. All group work, no lecture or instruction whatsoever. Gives worksheets to do in class, but never goes over them later. Intentions seem to be good, but not effective at instructing students with no background in physics. would learn more studying on your own.

Really Nice Guy, but sometimes very hard to understand because he's very softspoken and often ends up with colds and other throat problems. He is probably the most helpful of my current professors, and is really willing to go out of his way to help out.

Adelson, honestly, is one of the nicest professors i ever had. the man will always be willing to help, and really loves the subject of physics...however, hes not much of a speaker. he's very hard to understand in his lecture. great guy, though.
